Drink vs drink: compare calories, sugar, caffeine, alcohol
Pick two drinks and see calories, sugar, caffeine, alcohol strength and standard drinks per serving side by side. Every number has a source and a date.

How to use the comparison
Choose a drink in each box. The table shows one serving of each, using the serving size written next to the name. Bold means the higher number. A dash means the source does not give that value: we do not fill gaps with guesses.
Where the numbers come from
Typical drinks come from USDA FoodData Central (per 100 g multiplied by the USDA serving weight). Brand rows come from the maker’s own page or label, read on the date shown on the source line under the table. Rows that depend only on a retailer listing or a photo of a label are not included here. One US standard drink is 14 g of pure alcohol (NIAAA), the same unit as in our units calculator.
General information, not medical advice. Brands and recipes differ: check the label.
