Is sparkling tea the same as kombucha or iced tea soda?

Is sparkling tea healthy?
It depends on the sugar. Unsweetened versions have little or no calories, while sweet ones are comparable to soda. We found no official health body that claims benefits for sparkling tea itself. Check the nutrition label.
